<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why Puyo Puyo Tetris 2?</h2>

<p><a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">Puyo Puyo Tetris 2</a> is a colorful and energetic puzzle game that brings together two iconic gameplay styles: the block-stacking strategy of Tetris and the chain-building mechanics of Puyo Puyo. As a sequel, it builds on an already strong foundation, offering a wide variety of modes, characters, and ways to play—but it also reveals some cracks when it tries to add complexity where it may not be needed.</p>

<p>At its core, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game</a> is about matching and clearing pieces, either by forming lines (Tetris) or chaining colored blobs (Puyo Puyo). What makes this series stand out is how it blends the two systems together. Players can choose to specialize in one style or try hybrid modes like Fusion, where both systems exist on the same board. This creates a surprisingly deep experience that can be as simple or as challenging as you want it to be.</p>

<p>One of the biggest strengths of <a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">Puyo Puyo Tetris 2</a> is the sheer amount of content. There are tons of modes to explore, including classic Versus matches, Party mode with chaotic item effects, and skill-testing challenges like Big Bang. The game also features a robust multiplayer component, allowing up to four players locally or online, which keeps things exciting and competitive. Online play is generally smooth, making it easy to jump into matches with others around the world .</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="576" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/04/Puyo-Puyo-Tetris-2-Screenshot-8-1024x576.jpg" alt="Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 Screenshot" class="wp-image-89870" style="width:572px;height:auto" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/04/Puyo-Puyo-Tetris-2-Screenshot-8-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/04/Puyo-Puyo-Tetris-2-Screenshot-8-300x169.jpg 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/04/Puyo-Puyo-Tetris-2-Screenshot-8-768x432.jpg 768w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/04/Puyo-Puyo-Tetris-2-Screenshot-8.jpg 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The Adventure Mode adds a story-driven layer that ties everything together. It follows a quirky cast of characters as their worlds collide once again, leading to a series of puzzle battles. The story is lighthearted and full of humor, with lots of playful dialogue and personality. While it’s not the main reason to play, it does a good job of introducing different modes and mechanics in a structured way .</p>

<p>The most notable new feature is Skill Battle mode, which adds RPG-like elements to the puzzle gameplay. Players build a team of characters, each with stats and special abilities, and battle opponents by dealing damage through combos instead of just trying to top them out. It’s an interesting twist that adds strategy and variety, and it can feel exciting when everything clicks together .</p>

<p>However, this is also where the game stumbles a bit. The RPG mechanics—like leveling up characters and managing equipment—can feel out of place in a puzzle game. Instead of enhancing the experience, they sometimes slow it down, forcing players to spend time in menus or grind for better stats just to keep up. This can make the game feel more complicated than it needs to be .</p>

<p>Another issue is that, as a sequel, it doesn’t drastically change the formula. Many of the modes and features will feel very familiar to anyone who played the first game. While that’s not necessarily a bad thing—the core gameplay is still fun—it can make the experience feel more like an expansion than a major step forward .</p>

<p>Visually, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game</a> is bright, cheerful, and full of personality. The characters are expressive, the animations are smooth, and the overall presentation is polished. The soundtrack is upbeat and energetic, though some sound effects may become repetitive or even slightly annoying during long play sessions .</p>

<p>Replay value is one of <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game’s</a> strongest aspects. With so many modes, challenges, and multiplayer options, there’s always something to do. Whether you’re playing casually with friends or trying to master advanced techniques, the game offers plenty of opportunities to improve and have fun.</p>

Hardware includes Joy-con and Pro controller on a large screen TV. Tests are done with up to 5 players. We take turns playing and evaluating games.</p>

<p>Whenever possible we play multiple players. We also use a Nintendo 2DS, DS XL, and for PC games we use a Ryzen 7 1700x CPU, AMD RX580, running on Win 10. <a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">This game</a> is up to 1-player in story mode, 2-player in skill battle, 4-players in the rest of the modes and even and 8-players in Tournaments on one Nintendo Switch.</p>

<p>Overall, <a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.amazon.com/Puyo-Tetris-Launch-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08GR2HYWG?crid=25PIQJEKM8K0N&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.CMr6sDOosbQrXRrIYHNBUA6sn7MxObhEpCab65IBVGFSHuAwu5xuVCOAyBYRZNA4EM5rEowoEug8sdFmYt4J8fPwYsO2Y61cmG6Z4k9ZL3PKG_1j7CmnbRpx_udQYiabOoBlpuSo6cvvG-_QyBOzEIrRPPliV8c0VyMIyCR4tMUdRfxYVxrYLqXLz8pE0qfv07_AscyBCjGVdgaTL7bLyupinvXOX9IRSvdC-z9DRR0.Q4CUkTrwBvOPg3IZ92KLn1jkhzdl2mX7nmSjN-z4Xik&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=Puyo%2BPuyo%2BTetris%2B2%2Bswitch&amp;qid=1777327627&amp;s=videogames&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sprefix=puyo%2Bpuyo%2Btetris%2Bswitch%2Cvideogames%2C538&amp;sr=1-2&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll2&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=091f10d7914383b81d0c94a7dd6478a3&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">Puyo Puyo Tetris 2</a> is a content-rich and highly enjoyable puzzle game that offers something for nearly every type of player. It excels in variety, charm, and replayability, especially when played with others. However, its attempt to add deeper RPG mechanics doesn’t always pay off, and longtime fans may find it a bit too similar to its predecessor. Still, if you enjoy puzzle games—or want a fun, competitive experience with friends—this is an easy recommendation.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why Mario Strikers Battle League?</h2>

<p><a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">Mario Strikers: Battle League</a> is an energetic arcade-style soccer game that brings the chaotic fun of the Mario universe to the soccer field. Instead of focusing on realistic sports simulation, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game</a> emphasizes fast action, exaggerated moves, and over-the-top gameplay. Characters from the Mario series compete in intense matches where strategy, teamwork, and quick reactions are just as important as scoring goals.</p>

<p>The core gameplay revolves around a unique version of soccer called Strike, which removes many traditional rules in favor of fast-paced fun. Teams consist of four players on the field plus a goalie, and matches take place in enclosed arenas without out-of-bounds lines. This keeps the action constant, as the ball is always in play and players can bounce shots off the walls or chase rebounds quickly.</p>

<p>Players can choose from a roster of familiar characters from the Mario universe. Characters like Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Toad, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Daisy and Rosalina bring their personalities onto the field with dramatic animations and powerful shots. While characters share many basic mechanics, they each have slightly different stats such as speed, strength, shooting ability, and passing skill. This allows players to create teams that fit their preferred play style.</p>

<p>One of the standout features of <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game</a> is the Hyper Strike mechanic. During a match, players can activate a special cinematic shot that, if successfully performed, counts as two goals instead of one. These moments are dramatic and visually exciting, adding bursts of tension and excitement to matches.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="576" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/02/2026020312560100-BDBFC1A3D61EE5D17CC0A7273195C4AD-1024x576.jpg" alt="Mario Strikers Battle League screenshot" class="wp-image-88565" style="width:572px;height:auto" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/02/2026020312560100-BDBFC1A3D61EE5D17CC0A7273195C4AD-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/02/2026020312560100-BDBFC1A3D61EE5D17CC0A7273195C4AD-300x169.jpg 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/02/2026020312560100-BDBFC1A3D61EE5D17CC0A7273195C4AD-768x432.jpg 768w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2026/02/2026020312560100-BDBFC1A3D61EE5D17CC0A7273195C4AD.jpg 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>Customization is another major part of the experience. Players can equip characters with different pieces of gear that adjust their stats. For example, some gear might increase shooting power but reduce speed, while other items boost defense or passing. This system allows players to experiment with different builds and strategies when forming their team.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">The game</a> supports both local multiplayer and online play, making it especially fun with friends. Matches can be played casually or competitively, and the chaotic nature of the gameplay often leads to hilarious moments where the match can change dramatically in seconds.</p>

<p>Visually, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">Mario Strikers: Battle League</a> stands out with its detailed character animations and vibrant arenas. The characters show a surprising amount of personality during matches, celebrating goals with dramatic poses or reacting angrily when things go wrong. The stadiums are bright and energetic, and the special effects during Hyper Strikes look impressive.</p>

<p>The sound design also contributes to the excitement. The soundtrack features energetic music that keeps the action feeling intense, while sound effects highlight tackles, shots, and dramatic goals.</p>

<p>However, while the gameplay is exciting, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game</a> does have some limitations.</p>

<p>One of the most common criticisms is the relatively small roster of characters compared to other Mario sports titles. While the characters included are fun to play, some fans may wish there were more options from the larger Mario universe.</p>

<p>Another issue is the limited number of stadiums and modes. Although the core gameplay is enjoyable, players looking for a wide variety of modes or challenges may find the content somewhat limited over time. <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">The game</a> focuses heavily on multiplayer competition rather than long single-player campaigns.</p>

<p>Additionally, the fast and chaotic gameplay can sometimes feel overwhelming for beginners. With items flying around, tackles happening constantly, and Hyper Strikes changing the score quickly, new players may need time to learn the mechanics.</p>

<p>Despite these drawbacks, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">the game</a> excels at delivering intense multiplayer matches and over-the-top soccer action.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How We Test Games</h2>

<p>For testing games we use a <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-SwitchTM-Neon-Blue-Joy%E2%80%91ConTM-Switch/dp/B0BFJWCYTL?crid=2BFNWLFJ4FAD8&amp;dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.R2lSzMPEgOWgnk4iO_WVGAQQeUbOhMLlD31_7zyhtevtUk8Ob28N7TUDEXF61L7BqvnypdE_CzsJWU45H-wiIQGhuDyoFGSSmmTlhnMHe1HmnwWZxMnzV61f_AqvFVKIg96AhLckPeiaf0r_k1eMxUxsuiU0IvSUkpvMaA38908KJfet3P6QZbh9gMzYoNX7CJyoWPqb2THP3Yyv-aMV2wxSP19mygwrOWuQVM9ZJLY.lAnNhuY00YEsxlw5bUGCHNQngOlHBPgwh4pKaBrVjhE&amp;dib_tag=se&amp;keywords=nintendo+switch&amp;qid=1746813749&amp;sprefix=nintendo+switch%2Caps%2C201&amp;sr=8-1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=fb1dcbbc593c7d92740a0321773ac6a1&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nintendo Switch</a> firmware version 2H.

<a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">This game</a> is up to 8-players on one Nintendo Switch.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Pros</h2>

<p>Fast-paced and exciting arcade soccer gameplay.</p>

<p>Colorful visuals and expressive character animations.</p>

<p>Fun Hyper Strike mechanic that adds dramatic moments.</p>

<p>Gear customization allows strategic team building.</p>

<p>Great for multiplayer with friends locally or online.</p>

<p>Energetic music and sound effects.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cons</h2>

<p>The roster of playable characters is smaller and the number of stadiums and game modes is somewhat limited.</p>

<p>The chaotic gameplay can feel overwhelming for beginners.</p>

<p>Single-player content is relatively modest compared to multiplayer features.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Summary</h2>

<p>Overall, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Strikers-Battle-League-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B09SP2RMDG?crid=4NRYWEHR4JLX&amp;keywords=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Bleague&amp;qid=1695688731&amp;s=videogames&amp;sprefix=mario%2Bstrikers%2Bbattle%2Blegue%2Cvideogames%2C209&amp;sr=1-1&amp;th=1&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=embradesti_kidsart-20&amp;linkId=daec5ac78b404a21eb4b05f1104a30bf&amp;language=en_US&amp;ref_=as_li_ss_tl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">Mario Strikers: Battle League</a> is a fun and energetic sports game that focuses on chaotic multiplayer action rather than traditional soccer realism. Its colorful presentation, dramatic gameplay moments, and strategic customization make it an enjoyable experience, especially when played with friends. While it may lack some content depth, it succeeds at delivering exciting and memorable matches in the classic Mario style.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Overall, it&#8217;s a solid addition to the other two games and their expansion packs. For a cheap game it does a good job of providing a lot of entertainment. It has both co-op games and head to head competition for up to 6 people. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">As expected, these are games anyone can sit down and play. They couple basic controls with instinctive mini games. Which turns into simple fun for anyone. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3 includes a few mini games that seem familiar to anyone who has played any Mario Party games. Really, just about any mini-game that exists can be found in one of the Party Party Time games and their expansion packs. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">They mix them up enough to keep them interesting. Also , many new games are really fun to play. I can say there were very few klinkers.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">As always, the techno music catchy. The player animations are interesting. From what I saw, the graphics are simple but their dance moves are hypnotizing. It&#8217;s a very colorful game too.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3 is as budget friendly as the others in the series. So far there&#8217;s just the base game which includes 30 games. I&#8217;m sure they will come out with a few expansion packs in the future.</p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-82582eec"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Why Party Party Time 3?</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3 is great for anyone having a bunch of friends over for a good time. If you&#8217;re looking for a <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/party-party-time-game-guide/" class="ek-link">collection of minigames</a> to play with friends, then this is a good option. We didn&#8217;t have to waste any time learning the controls. There&#8217;s basically jump, attack, or some action.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">if you&#8217;re looking for simple games that are fun, then Party Party Time 3 is a good option. The games are clear and obvious for the most part. There are a few exceptions, but the controls are always shown in the top corner. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you like puzzle, carnival, combat, shooting, racing, sport, card, and <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/out-of-space-review/" class="ek-link">survive</a> games then Party Party 3 is an ideal game to try.</p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-cbb14539"><h3 class="uagb-heading-text">How We Tested Party Party Time 3</h3></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><a href="https://familygamesquad.com/about/how-we-test-games/" class="ek-link">We tested</a> this game with 1 player, 2 players, 3 players, 4 players, 5 players, and 6 players. It was best with 4 players and no computer players. Adding computer players actually lowered our chances of Success!</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">When we played with 5 or 6 players it was a lot to keep track of on the screen. But there was some improvement over previous versions. Keeping all the players on one large screen helps tremendiously.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">When we played with 1 player, many games were fine. There were a lot of co-op games the computer players were no help at all. I had no problem beating the computer players on player vs player games.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="576" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-6-1024x576.jpg" alt="Party Party Time 3 screenshot" class="wp-image-86486" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-6-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-6-300x169.jpg 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-6-768x432.jpg 768w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-6.jpg 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4a5c5f06"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Comparable Games</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Similar games include the Mario Party games, Carnival Games, or Cake Bash. Mario Party recently added a new version and some of the games make an appearance in Party Party Time 3. While not as elaborate as the Mario Party games, Party Party Time 3 offers some simple fun without all the cut scenes.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3 is on par with Carnival Games. Honestly, I liked Party Party Time 3 much better than Carnival Games. The Party Party Time 3 games are more diverse and just better in general. After a while Carnival Games comes down to two or three types of games with different skins. Not so with Party Party Time 3.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3&#8217;s appearance and sounds also reminds me of Tsum Tsum Festival. However, Party Party Time 3 has a broader range of games. The co-op games in Party Party Time 3 are also more forgiving than the ones in Tsum Tsum Festival.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Overall, I liked Party Party Time 3 better than Tsum Tsum Festival. Curling could be fun if you didn&#8217;t waste so much time watching animations. Don&#8217;t even get me started about how awful it is unlocking the same characters over and over in Tsum Tsum Festival.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3 allows you to unlock a few characters as well as some customization. It cuts out any frills, cut scenes, or nonsense. Just select your game and off you go. </p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-599eb598"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Pros and Cons</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">You can&#8217;t beat the price. Considering how brutally expensive most Nintendo games are, Party Party Time 3 is a refreshing price point. It&#8217;s a good value and many of the mini games are just as the ones in the expensive party games. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">A drawback is minigames aren&#8217;t something I can play for hours. I would tire of them after 20 to 30 minutes. Switching from game to game keeps the action going for a couple hours. But even after a long session we were ready for something else. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 3 offers <em>many</em> minigames is another advantage. There were enough to keep in the rotation to keep it interesting. I think they also have a better filter for this version. They dropped the math games. We enjoyed every game.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">They didn&#8217;t do much testing on the co-op games in my opinion. Achieving the success on some games seems impossible. While on others it&#8217;s too easy. The games are still fun enough, it&#8217;s just frustrating to see that failure screen at the end over and over.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">We found there was a game for everyone. Meaning, nobody totally dominated every mini game. There were some games people were naturals at and easily won. Then other games it was a toss up every time. Definitely makes these games worth playing again and again.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1280" height="720" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-3.jpg" alt="Party Party Time 3 screenshot" class="wp-image-86483" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-3.jpg 1280w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-3-300x169.jpg 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-3-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/12/Party-Party-Time-3-screenshot-3-768x432.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-bed309d8"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Review Summary</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Our Party Party Time review gives it 7 out of 10 stars. The freshness of all the mini games in the third version of a game is noteworthy. Many minigame themed games suffer from burn out. Not so with Party Party Time 3, they&#8217;re still adding fresh new games.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">In fact, I think Party Party Time 3 is an improvement over the 2nd version. We all had our favorites. While Party Party Time 3 hasn&#8217;t moved to the top spot in our library, it sure isn&#8217;t going to collect much dust either. It&#8217;s good filler for those times you&#8217;re not sure what game to play and looking for something different. </p>

Strategy and battle games are still among my favorites. I like writing about games almost as much as I do playing them. My favorite games are: Moving Out 2, Out of Space and Overcooked All You Can Eat.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">We recently added <strong>Party Party Time 2</strong> to our library of Nintendo Switch games. The first Party Party Time was a hit with us and the second version is too. This game is a collection of minigames for 2 to 6 players. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Not many games offer 6 players on one Switch. To get more than 4 usually requires more than one Switch. There&#8217;s limited screen space when playing with 6 players but most games are simple enough this isn&#8217;t an issue. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time 2 is a budget friendly couch game. There are plenty of minigames for player vs player and co-op action. Like the first version, the graphics are colorful and the music is catchy. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I didn&#8217;t notice enough changes to justify a new release. It seems to me this could have been another expansion pack. However, the original game is getting crowded from the expansion packs.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Since the cost is roughly the same as an expansion pack, it&#8217;s hard to pass up. Even if a few of the games are recycled from the first version. Overall, Party Party Time 2 is as fun as the first version.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you tire of all the cut scenes and extra animations found in other party games, then Party Party Time 2 is a great alternative. I don&#8217;t mind the slow pacing in other party games occasionally. But there are times I just want to get to the action and start playing. The animations get redundant and boring after several rounds.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">This game is a no frills party game. Select a minigame, wait for a brief loading screen, and then you&#8217;re off. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">These are games anyone can sit down and play. Instinctive mini game coupled with basic controls. It offers simple fun for anyone. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="572" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-9-1024x572-1.png" alt="Yellow characters in Party Party Time 2" class="wp-image-84567" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-9-1024x572-1.png 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-9-1024x572-1-300x168.png 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-9-1024x572-1-768x429.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-82582eec"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Why Party Party Time 2?</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">This game is a <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/party-party-time-game-guide/" class="ek-link">collection of minigames</a> meant to be played with friends. There aren&#8217;t any complicated controls or tactics to learn. If you&#8217;re looking for some simple but fun minigames to pass the time with friends, this is a good option.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I found the games are incredibly intuitive. The goals are clear and how to score points is obvious. Even if some games are recycled versions from the first Party Party Time game. They were still fun. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I can&#8217;t say if any game particularly stood out as bad or good. They were all okay. Many get their inspiration from Mario Party games. If you like those then Party Party Time 2 is worth checking out.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Anyone who likes puzzle, carnival, combat, shooting, racing, sport, card, and <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/out-of-space-review/" class="ek-link">survival</a> games would like Party Party Time 2.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><a href="https://familygamesquad.com/about/how-we-test-games/" class="ek-link">We tested</a> Party Party Time 2 with 1 player, 2 players, 3 players, 4 players, 5 players, and 6 players. In my opinion, this game is best with 4 players and no computer players. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Playing with 5 or 6 players was a bit more confusing in my experience. The smaller screen takes some getting used to. Not many games can boast up to 6 players<em> locally</em>. A larger TV makes a big difference with that many players. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">When I played with 1 player, it was fine but not as appealing as with multiple players. A few games were good solo but most lacked the craziness that comes with friends.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="567" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-20-1024x567-1.png" alt="minigames" class="wp-image-84565" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-20-1024x567-1.png 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-20-1024x567-1-300x166.png 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-20-1024x567-1-768x425.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4a5c5f06"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Comparable Games</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I&#8217;d say the most similar games to Party Party Time 2 are Mario Party Superstars and Super Mario Party. Only in terms of minigames since Party Party Time 2 lacks the board game layout. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Our collection of <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/moving-out-2-review/" class="ek-link">multiplayer games</a> is vast and includes a few other similar games such as Carnival Games, Cake Bash, and the original Party Party Time. I definitely liked Party Party Time 2 more than Carnival Games. Many of the Carnival Games felt redundant compared to Party Party Time 2. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I liked the original Party Party Time better than the second version. But I&#8217;d still recommend getting both versions since they are so inexpensive. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Cake Bash is another good party game meant to be played on the couch with friends. My only criticism of Cake Bash is the lack of minigames compared to Party Party Time 2. Cake Bash edges out Party Party Time 2 for quality, but not by much. Both games are great party games.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">In appearance, Party Party Time 2 reminds me of Tsum Tsum Festival. Especially in terms of sound and colors. However, Party Party Time 2 isn&#8217;t filled with animations, cut scenes, or fancy scoreboards like Tsum Tsum Festival. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Even without all the frills found in bigger titles such as Tsums Tsums or Mario Party, I still immensely enjoyed Party Party Time 2. It&#8217;s a goofy game we got a lot of laughs from. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="569" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/party-party-time-2-select.jpg" alt="party party time 2 character select" class="wp-image-84602" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/party-party-time-2-select.jpg 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/party-party-time-2-select-300x167.jpg 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/party-party-time-2-select-768x427.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1c3cc70c"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Pros and Cons</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The best part about Party Party Time 2 is it&#8217;s inexpensive. Like the first version, it&#8217;s hard to find fault considering the price point. Our expectation wasn&#8217;t very high going into it but this game exceeded our expectations. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">A disadvantage is it&#8217;s easy to tire of the minigames. However, this is true of any minigame or Party game. While I could spend hours playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I couldn&#8217;t say the same about Mario Party Superstars. After playing through each minigame a few times we were ready for something else.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Another benefit is the colors and sounds. The music is catchy without being annoying. The colorful appearance is eye-catching. The silly victory dances or loss animations are well done too.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">For an inexpensive game, it doesn&#8217;t suck. True, many games are inspired from other minigames but there is a good variety of games here. I&#8217;d thought low cost = low quality. However, that isn&#8217;t the case with Party Party Time 2 or the original.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">They didn&#8217;t include as many math or card games as the original. I can&#8217;t say I was disappointed. We didn&#8217;t care for those. I was disappointed a few games were recycled versions from the original.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="572" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-10-1024x572-1.png" alt="co-op finish scene" class="wp-image-84564" srcset="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-10-1024x572-1.png 1024w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-10-1024x572-1-300x168.png 300w, https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2024/03/image-10-1024x572-1-768x429.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">My Party Party Time review gives it 6 out of 10 stars. Mainly due to it feels more like an expansion pack rather than a sequel to the original game. The music, layout, and overall feel is extremely similar to the original. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Once I started playing I couldn&#8217;t tell any difference between the original or this version. While there are new characters, there aren&#8217;t near as many as in the original.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">As for the minigames themselves, they were good. Again, I don&#8217;t understand how Party Party Time 2 is any different than an expansion pack for the original. However, I did enjoy most of the minigames so I&#8217;m not complaining. It just seems odd.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Overall, I&#8217;m glad we got Party Party Time 2. It isn&#8217;t much different than the original. It isn&#8217;t going to take the top spot for our most played games on our Switch. However, it&#8217;s good for some occasional laughs with friends that doesn&#8217;t cost too much. </p>

<p>I&#8217;m David M. I’ve been playing video games a long time, my pong game was fire. Now, my kids run circles around me but we always have a good time. We mostly play party and family games. Strategy and battle games are still among my favorites. I like writing about games almost as much as I do playing them. My favorite games are: Moving Out 2, Out of Space and Overcooked All You Can Eat.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">We recently added <strong>Very Very Valet</strong> to our library of 4 player Nintendo Switch games. We regularly play 4 player co-op couch games every weekend so Very Very Valet fit right in to our collection. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The idea of <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/how-to-play-very-very-valet/" class="ek-link">Very Very Valet</a> is you park cars as people show up and bring cars as people want to leave within the allotted time. Each level offers a new location and challenges. You can play solo or up to 4 players. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Add-on games are included as well. We enjoyed the racing game and survival games. Not bad as far as add-on games go. </p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b5fcc2d7"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Why Very Very Valet?</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you&#8217;re looking for an easy to learn fun game then Very Very Valet is an excellent choice. We found the controls aren&#8217;t complicated, game play comes natural, and it&#8217;s just a fun game. It isn&#8217;t an intense game in spite of your boss&#8217;s reaction to playing all 4 characters as copies of him.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you like co-op games then this game is an ideal choice. We worked together to avoid irate customers and weird UFO&#8217;s from taking cars. When a car isn&#8217;t parked or brought to the pick-up area in time a UFO shows up to take it. Why they leave other cars or you alone is a mystery to me.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">There isn&#8217;t any shooting or fighting. Although I found my player has super human strength and <em>can push cars</em>. With the kind of strength the players have fighting might be interesting. But there&#8217;s no violence, at least to people. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Cars on the other hand didn&#8217;t fare so well. We knocked off doors, the hood, and other parts went flying off. The engines also take a lot of abuse. You can launch, drive, or shove them off the roof in order get them to customers impatiently waiting for their cars.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Customers, who incidentally didn&#8217;t mind in the least the condition their car shows up in. We just had to get them there before time runs out.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you&#8217;re looking for quick wins then this is a good choice. Each round is timed and averages 3 or 4 minutes. We didn&#8217;t need to commit large blocks of time to playing this game. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><a href="https://familygamesquad.com/about/how-we-test-games/" class="ek-link">We tested</a> Very Very Valet with 1 player, 2 players, 3 players, and 4 players. The difficulty was somewhat balanced for multiple players. However, solo went from average to very very difficult on the last world. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">It&#8217;s meant to be played with multiple players but I enjoyed playing solo. If you&#8217;re only looking for a solo game then I&#8217;d think twice about Very Very Valet. </p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-e28b86f8"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Comparable Games</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Very Very Valet falls into the same category as <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/overcooked-review/" class="ek-link">Overcooked</a>, <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/moving-out-2-review/" class="ek-link">Moving Out 2</a>, <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/out-of-space-review/" class="ek-link">Out of Space</a>, <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/tools-up-review/" class="ek-link">Tools Up</a>, and <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/lumberhill-review/" class="ek-link">Lumberhill</a>. They&#8217;re all multi-player co-op couch games. If you enjoyed those games then Very Very Valet is worth checking out. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">From what I&#8217;ve seen, the graphics are similar to Moving Out. The cars, players, drop-off, and pick-up areas are clear and easily distinguishable. Unlike Lumberhill, you won&#8217;t have any issues finding anything due to the graphics.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Similar to Moving Out the game mechanics and controls are simple. I love Overcooked but some of the orders get complicated and ingredients are hard to tell apart. Very Very Valet keeps it simple: dropping off and picking up cars. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">All the games listed are fighting the clock, with the exception of Out of Space. Very Very Valet has two timers similar to Overcooked. Individual cars have timers (like orders in OC) and each round is timed (like in OC).</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">As we played, we noticed synchronizing player actions in Very Very Valet is not as crucial as it is in Overcooked. As long as a player doesn&#8217;t stand in a corner swearing a steady stream of obscenities and passing gas while the un-bread are attacking, you&#8217;ll be fine. I know it looks funny to stand in a corner dashing but we have orders to fill!</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Very Very Valet is mostly like Moving Out in my experience. As long as everyone remains active, we were able to win each round. Being efficient and not making mistakes led to us getting 3 stars</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The sounds and music in Very Very Valet reminds me of Tools Up for some reason. Catchy but non-intrusive. </p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-31cba22d"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Pros and Cons</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The controls in Very Very Valet are jump, push, and enter/leave a car. We had no issues learning the controls. The goals are clear and achievable with practice. The power ups are confusing. It&#8217;s hard to tell if you&#8217;re going to get a timer reset, a speed boost, or a growing power-up.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Yes, you can grow big then stomp, kick, or push the cars to the pick-up area! We were unable to drive while in giant form but plowing through the cars like a pile of leaves was worth the trade off. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Controlling cars takes a <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/very-very-valet-tips-and-tricks/" class="ek-link">bit of practice</a> to get the hang of it in my experience. We tried the default and manual car settings but most of us preferred the default. One of our co-op players preferred the manual settings.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Either way the controls aren&#8217;t complicated but actually driving the car takes a bit of practice. The car is a bit unpredictable when you <em>hold</em> the dash or drift buttons. Not enough to be annoying but just enough to learn to use dash and drift sparingly.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The car drives fine under normal driving. If you hold the dash or drift too long the car flips or spins out. It flips back on its own after a bit. Or you can get out and push it back over. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The graphics are good but not great in my opinion. More than adequate for this game. Sounds are mid. The expressions on the characters are well done. Making for some funny pictures after the round is over.</p>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b3a09aac"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Review Summary</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Our Very Very Valet review gives it 8 out of 10 stars. This game was such a blast it earned a spot among our favorites. We mostly play it with 4 players and thoroughly enjoy it. I don&#8217;t have any of the frustrations I&#8217;ve found in some other co-op games.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Again, driving the car takes a bit of practice, especially if you want to dash or drift. Which adds to the fun. Still, normal driving has no issues.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Overall, this game offers a lot of co-op fun. I enjoyed it playing solo too. The add-on games offer a bit of player vs player action. But not enough to lose any friends. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you&#8217;re looking for an easy, simple game to have fun with friends then I think Very Very Valet is an ideal choice.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">We added a <strong>Party Party Time</strong> review to our 4 player Nintendo Switch games collection. This game is a <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/out-of-space-game-review/" class="ek-link">multiplayer couch game</a> for up to 6 people. It offers a variety of minigames with 13 coop and 25 player vs player games. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">These are games anyone can sit down and play. Instinctive mini game coupled with basic controls. It offers simple fun for anyone. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time includes common mini games found elsewhere plus a few new ones. They mix up familiar games so they seem fresh. Plus the new ones are actually fun to play. There weren&#8217;t many klinkers. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I found the techno music catchy, as well as the player animations. From what I saw, the graphics are simple but their dance moves are hypnotizing. It&#8217;s a very colorful game too.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time is also budget friendly in my experience. The base game includes many games. I got the expansion packs to add more games, skins, and characters. The expansion pack that adds 8 co-op and 22 player vs player games is worth it in my experience. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2023/07/Party-party-time-games-1024x576.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-11957"/></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2023/07/Party-party-time-expansion-pack-1024x576.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-11959"/></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-82582eec"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Why Party Party Time?</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you&#8217;re looking for a <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/party-party-time-game-guide/" class="ek-link">collection of minigames</a> to play with friends, then this is a good option. We didn&#8217;t have to learn complicated controls or tactics to win. Most games we played had you controlling a character with a jump button and attack/action button. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">We found the games are incredibly intuitive. The goals are clear and how to score points is obvious. There are a few exceptions, such as rock, paper, scissors. We thought that game was very confusing at first. But once we understood the game&#8230;.it still sucked. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">There were plenty of winners though. Some we played were improved versions of classics, like block breaker. While others were completely new based on Youtube challenges, such as fill the cup with water. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you like puzzle, carnival, combat, shooting, racing, sport, card, and <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/out-of-space-review/" class="ek-link">survive</a> games then Party Party is an ideal choice.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">When we played with 5 or 6 players it was a bit more confusing. Some of the games we got in each others way more. Other games shrank the screen a bit too much for us to enjoy.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">When we played with 1 player, many games were fine. There were a lot of co-op games the computer players were no help at all. I had no problem beating the computer players on player vs player games.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2023/07/Party-party-time-4-1024x576.jpg" alt="Party Party Time race" class="wp-image-11960"/></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4a5c5f06"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Comparable Games</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Of all the <a href="https://familygamesquad.com/moving-out-2-review/" class="ek-link">multiplayer games</a> in our collection I&#8217;d say Party Party Time is most similar to Carnival Games or the Mario Party games. We liked Party Party Time much better than Carnival Games. Party Party Time games were just better and more diverse. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time shares a lot of minigames with the Mario Party games: Super Mario Party and Mario Party Superstars. It isn&#8217;t near the level of graphics, animations, and menu screens of the Mario games in my opinion. But it captures the essence of the Mario mini games. Many of the Party Party Time minigames are just as good in my experience.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The Party Party Time appearance and sounds really reminds me of Tsum Tsum Festival. Only, Party Party Time has a much wider variety of games. The co-op games in Party Party Time are much more forgiving than the ones in Tsum Tsum Festival.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Overall, I liked Party Party Time better than Tsum Tsum Festival. Curling could be fun if you didn&#8217;t waste so much time watching animations. Don&#8217;t even get me started about how awful it is unlocking the same characters over and over in Tsum Tsum Festival.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time doesn&#8217;t waste your time with a bunch of nonsense. Select your game and off you go. You want more skins? Just get the expansion pack. Done.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I found some of the games from Carnival Games frustrating. While others were redundant. Same game, different appearance. While some games from Party Party Time were redundant, there are so many to choose from it kept our interest.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Of all 68 games (with expansion pack), at least a dozen we considered our favorites. In our experience the majority were above average with the rest being average. There were only 5 or 6 duds.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Considering how many games you get for the price, I&#8217;m surprised there weren&#8217;t more winners. I was surprised by the amount of new games. Many are based on Youtube challenges or pop culture. Yet, turned out to be descent minigames.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2023/07/Party-party-time-5-1024x576.jpg" alt="Party Party Time robots" class="wp-image-11961"/></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1c3cc70c"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Pros and Cons</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The good thing about Party Party Time is it&#8217;s inexpensive. The expansion packs are reasonable too. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">The drawback is minigames get dull quickly. This is an issue for any minigame really. It&#8217;s fun at first but quickly loses it&#8217;s appeal. Party Party Time is no different.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I hate to say it but Carnival Games is the worst offender for this. Some were just plain boring and others frustrating. There wasn&#8217;t enough variety with Carnival Games. Many of the games were too similar underneath. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">That Party Party Time has <em>so many</em> minigames is its only redeeming quality. Sure some were the same basic game with a different appearance. But there is enough variety to obscure it.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">If you aren&#8217;t jumping or moving out of the way, then you&#8217;re probably shooting or attacking something to earn points or time.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">A couple of racing games and plenty of shooting games are included too. Fishing and Math games are thrown in as well.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time includes sports games such as baseball, basketball, soccer (football to the rest of the world), and boxing. There are puzzle games like Tetris only with a twist. You have to avoid being crushed by the falling pieces and climb to the top. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">For minigames the co-op games were good. Not as frustrating as other co-op minigames.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Their choice of player vs player minigames is good too. Simple but fun. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">We found there was a game for everyone. Meaning, nobody totally dominated every mini game. There were some games people were naturals at and easily won. Then other games it was a toss up every time.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">I can&#8217;t say that about every party game I&#8217;ve played. Which is why I decided to write a review about such an obscure game.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://i.familygamesquad.com/uploads/2023/07/Party-party-time-6-1024x576.jpg" alt="Party Party Time fishing" class="wp-image-11962"/></figure>

<div class="wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-bed309d8"><h2 class="uagb-heading-text">Review Summary</h2></div>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">For our Party Party Time review, we gave it 7 out of 10 stars. Mainly due to the freshness of all the mini games. Most minigame themed games suffer from burn out. Meaning, they either space out gameplay with lots of animations or include tons of games to distract from the simplicity of individual games. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Party Party Time includes a ton of games to hold you interest. Playing the same minigame ovor and over would lead to boredom. But the sheer number of games keeps it from losing interest. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">While Party Party Time isn&#8217;t going to replace any of our most played games on our Switch anytime soon. It is good filler for those times you&#8217;re not sure what game to play and looking for something different. </p>
